The Dotty House Terms and Conditions
The placing of a purchase order will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of The Dotty House terms and conditions:

Ordering
In placing an order via the web site the customer confirms all the details on the order form. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the information provided is correct.

On receipt of an order The Dotty House will send a confirmation email to the customer, a contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Dotty House sends this email to the Customer regardless of whether the customer receives the confirmation email or not.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you within 7 days from receipt of order if the product is no longer available.

Payment
Payment should be made at the point of purchase.

Prices
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the current price at the time of despatch.

Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
Delivery will be within 28 days from receipt of order.
For delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland postage and packing is £4.95 per item.

International
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe will be charged at £12.95 per item. Deliveries to the rest of the world £19.95 per item.

Delivery may take longer than 28 days subject to post office operations.

The purchaser is responsible for any additional import duties and taxes which may be incurred.

Representation of Products
Every effort has been made to represent items accurately, however, due to the products being hand made, slight variations may occur. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Returns Policy
Personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if damaged or faulty. Personalised items will be produced using the information provided on by the customer. Items will only be deemed faulty if they do not match this information.
Postage and packing can not be refunded.

The goods should be returned to The Dotty House with proof of posting.
