My Doris works with a small enterprise just outside Delhi that is passionate about preserving traditional folk jewellery making techniques. Taking an ethical approach to working with local women, teaching them valuable skills such as hand weaving so they can earn money, give them financial independence but at the same time the flexibility to look after their families and home.
